This policy explains what personal information LIPSA'S AI Solutions ("we", "us") collects when you use our website lipsas.in, our contact and help forms, and our products. We are committed to handling your data lawfully under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who we are

LIPSA'S AI Solutions is a sole-proprietorship based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The Data Fiduciary is Manas (Founder). For any data-related question, write to info@lipsas.in.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us via the Contact or Help forms — your name, email address, phone number, the message you write, and the product or area you select.
• Technical context attached automatically by the form — the page URL, referrer, UTM parameters if present, and a Cloudflare anti-spam token.
• If you become a paying customer of one of our products, additional information specific to that product (covered by the product's own terms).

We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe we have collected such data inadvertently, please contact us so we can delete it.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the product or service you asked about, provide support and handle complaints, and keep our service safe (spam and abuse prevention). We process this data on the basis of your consent (ticking the box on the form) and our legitimate business interest in responding to legitimate enquiries.

4. Who sees it

Only LIPSA'S AI Solutions personnel. We do not sell your information to anyone. We use Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (anti-spam) as processors — both provide standard data-processing safeguards. n8n on Railway is used as our automation hub.

5. Where it is stored

Inside India — Supabase Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Your form data does not leave India.

6. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then delete them. If you become a paying customer, customer-relationship records may be kept longer as required by Indian tax law.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what data we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information.
• Erase your information (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw your consent at any time — write to info@lipsas.in.

You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies and tracking

The website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We use sessionStorage (a per-session browser feature) only to carry UTM marketing parameters across pages so that, if you submit a form, we can record which campaign brought you. Closing the tab clears this. The Cloudflare anti-spam widget may set its own technical cookie strictly for spam prevention.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or the law evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page.
